ABOUT MAESTEG GOLF CLUB
As the prime golfing location in the picturesque Llynfi Valley, a short distance from the South Wales coast, Maesteg Golf Club offers challenging golf and excellent facilities.
The new clubhouse at Maesteg, opened in the autumn of 2000, has a bar, restaurant and function room as well as large locker rooms for both men and women. The bar offers an excellent choice of beers, lagers and ciders plus a wide range of spirits and soft drinks. With bar snacks available throughout the day, it provides the perfect surroundings in which to relax after your round or just to socialise with members. If you're looking for something a little more formal, why not enjoy a meal in our excellent restaurant. A varied a la carte menu ensures something to suit everyone's pallet and you will find the perfect bottle to compliment your meal on our comprehensive wine list.
The pièce de résistance of our Clubhouse is the Function Room. Able to accommodate up to 200 guests, it is an excellent venue for a wedding reception, corporate function, charity dinner or birthday party. With it's own well-stocked private bar and dancefloor, the room can be adapted to suit virtually any sort of function and a wide range of catering options are available from a simple finger buffet to a full 3-course meal. This flexibility ensures that we can offer something to meet all budgets.
