Some Noteworthy Holes

Hole 6 - Cwm Cerwyn

A par 3 of some character and certainly our Signature Hole! It may not be the 17th at Sawgrass but many of the same thoughts will run through the golfer's mind as he contemplates his club selection. Water guards the front of the green. Any ball landing short will spin or run back to a watery grave - not too dissimilar to the 12th at Augusta. Deep bunkers left and right will catch the wayward while the two-tier green makes chipping back from through the green a real test.

Hole 11 - The Pines

A very picturesque hole and one that offers mixed fortunes and rewards depending on your course management. Play it safe from the tee with a 3-wood or 1-iron and a more straightforward par 5 you could not wish to play. Pull out the driver however and take your chances! The further you carry the drive the more likely you will be rewarded with a level lie. Push or pull it and you could be in trouble - the tight but fair avenue of trees will make sure of that! At 429 yards the green is reachable in 2 for the stronger player and in three for the straight & safe player.
